Schedule a Research Instructional Session for Your Class

Research instruction sessions are designed to help students develop the ability to locate, evaluate, and use information effectively. Sessions can range from a targeted class on subject-specific resources to an overview of constructing successful search strategies. The reference staff encourages you to integrate library instruction into your classes. We are happy to work with you to design an instruction session that will meet the specific needs of your class.

Instruction Policies:

To schedule a research instruction session for your class, please use our Library Instruction Request Form. For more in-depth information about information literacy, please see our Information Literacy and Instruction online research guide.

If you have any questions, or if you are interested in incorporating information literacy into your syllabus, building library research into an assignment, or collaborating with a librarian for the duration of a whole course, please contact Liz Galoozis, Coordinator of User Education, at 781.891.2692 or egaloozis@bentley.edu. You may also contact your departmental library liaison.
