Group Study Rooms Need Help? Group Study Room Policy Rooms may only be reserved by Bentley students for assigned collaborative coursework. An individual student may use an unreserved group study room but may not reserve a room for individual use. Reservations are limited to 2 hours per student per day and may be made up to 2 weeks in advance. Groups (not just one member of the group) must arrive within the first 15 minutes of the start of their reservation. If the group is not present within the first 15 minutes another group may use the room. Demand for use of the study rooms is so great that we cannot support groups making reservations and then not showing up to use the room. Please cancel your reservation if you know your group cannot use it. Group study rooms are not soundproof. Keep conversations quiet. The library provides 24 state-of-the-art collaborative study spaces, which may be reserved online in advance or on an impromptu basis via touchscreens mounted outside each room. Designed to support the need for collaboration in a business university, 19 rooms feature large-screen LCD displays which automatically switch between room PCs and student laptops. Need to make a conference call? Conference phones are available for 2-hour loan at the Library Services desk for use in the study rooms. Students who do not adhere to the group study room policies (listed to the right) will be subject to having their reservation privileges revoked.
