There are 24 group study rooms located in the library, 19 of which are “high-tech” rooms equipped with a PC and large LCD monitor. All rooms contain network ports and whiteboards; supplies such as dry erase markers and conference call telephones may be borrowed at the Library Services Desk. Wireless network access is available in all rooms. Study Room Policies Study rooms may be reserved up to 1 week in advance by making a reservation at: http://library.bentley.edu/services/reserveroom.asp. Impromptu reservations can be made at the touch screens outside each room. Due to overwhelming demand, there is a 2 hour per reservation and 2 hour per day limit per student. Reservations exceeding either of these limits will be modified by library staff to comply. How to Check Study Room Availability & Make Reservations 1. From inside the Library:

There are four PhD candidate study suites available on the upper level of the library. Each suite can accommodate 5 candidates. A desk and 2 locking cabinets are provided per person. Please contact the Library Services Desk at 781.891.2168 to make a PhD study suite request. Graduate Student Study Carrels There are a limited number of graduate student study carrels available for use on the upper level of the library. Each carrel contains a locking cabinet. Study carrels are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and are assigned for a semester at a time. Please contact the Library Services Desk at 781.891.2168 to make a study carrel request. Lockers are available for daily use on the lower level of the library. Locker keys may be checked out at the Library Services Desk.
